We grow special, rare and traditional varieties of vegetables (baby leaf & microgreens) with 100% natural methods. We are in favor of Masanobu Fukuoka’s natural farming, we use open-pollinated organic seeds, we do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we do not dig and we recycle almost everything.
We do not use heavy but lightweight machines so our energy footprint is the smallest possible (@2017 for our production we needed only 60 liters of fuel).
